DCI delivered a turnkey gypsum board production line in Kyrgyzstan with an annual output of 10 million m² — design, equipment manufacturing, installation, commissioning and training. Now in production, it makes paper-faced board for walls, ceilings and fire-rated partitions.Equipment includes the mixer, shaping machine, foaming system, automatic paper supply and joint system, hot air stove dryer, dunnage machine, stack packing system and Siemens PLC control.

Gypsum Powder Production Line 300,000 t/Year in Morocco
DCI supplied a complete 300,000 t/year gypsum powder production line in Morocco, in production since 2024. The plant processes natural gypsum rock through crushing, grinding, calcination and packing, using a rotary kiln from the XGY series with indirect combustion. Capacity of this size is reached by combining calcination units, since DCI's largest single kilns are rated at 200,000 t/y and 100,000 t/y. Delivered turnkey — process design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning and operator training. It is the largest powder line DCI has built.
Gypsum board production line with 15 million m2/year in Morocco
DCI supplied a 15 million m²/year gypsum board production line in Morocco, in production since 2024. The line runs at 24 m/min on a ten-deck dryer and produces paper-faced board from 7 to 20 mm thick, in regular, moisture-resistant and fire-resistant grades. It is part of a three-line package that also includes a 300,000 t/year gypsum powder line and a 3 million m²/year lamination line, covering the route from raw gypsum to finished ceiling tiles. Delivered turnkey with installation, commissioning and operator training.
