Gypsum Block Production Line with Capacity of 150000 ㎡/year in Kyrgyzstan

All installation and testing work have been finished, and the line has put into production in April, 2020.

Project Background

Kyrgyzstan's construction sector has been expanding steadily, with growing demand for lightweight, cost-effective wall materials. To support domestic building supply, a Kyrgyz partner engaged DCI to deliver a gypsum block production line with an annual capacity of 150,000 m². All installation and testing work has been completed, and the line has been put into production.

Regional Presence

DCI's engagement in Kyrgyzstan goes beyond equipment delivery. In October 2024, Mega Union's General Manager visited DCI to discuss a joint venture for a new gypsum powder production line — reflecting an ongoing partnership in the region. In April 2026, DCI also shipped spare parts for gypsum board and gypsum powder machinery to DCI KG in Kyrgyzstan, ensuring continued support for customers' production lines.
