DCI delivered a complete gypsum board production line with an annual output of 10 million m² in Kyrgyzstan. The project was handled on a turnkey basis — engineering design, equipment manufacturing, shipping, on-site installation, commissioning and operator training — and the line is now in production.
As a gypsum board production line supplier working across Central Asia, DCI installed this line as part of the company's wider gypsum plant installation programme in the region.

Technical data are taken from DCI's standard configuration for the 10 million m²/year capacity class. Final configuration is confirmed against the customer's site conditions and raw material.
The line uses a direct-combustion hot air stove with a built-in burner mounted inside the air duct and the fan outside it. Combustion is direct with no heat exchange device, giving gas use efficiency close to 100%. The stove wall is made of high-temperature stainless steel, and the stove adjustment ratio is above 1:10, allowing the same line to run different board thicknesses and line speeds.
The line produces paper-faced gypsum board for interior walls, ceilings and fire-rated partitions. By adjusting formulation and additives — including fiberglass for fire-resistant board and silicone oil for water-resistant board — the same line can switch between regular, moisture-resistant and fire-resistant board.
For the customer, local production replaces imported board and shortens supply lead times, while the 10 million m²/year capacity is sized to serve the domestic market.
The line is in production and running at its rated output, operated by a locally trained team. DCI engineers remained on site through installation and commissioning, and the project carries a one-year warranty with remote support and spare parts supply.
