What We Build:

We also supply core components (setting belts, forming stations, dryers, calciners) and production consumables (modified starch, foaming agent, glue).

How We Work — Four Steps to a Running Plant:
1. Engineering & Design
Every line is custom-configured: raw material type, target capacity, product specs, site layout, fuel availability. You get a solution designed for your conditions — not a template.
2. Manufacturing & Quality Control
Core equipment is manufactured in our own processing base. ISO9001 quality system governs every stage. Motors, reducers, bearings sourced from top-tier Chinese and international brands.
3. Installation & Commissioning
Our engineers travel to your site. They handle mechanical installation, electrical setup, cold and hot commissioning — and stay until the line hits rated output.
4. Training & Handover
We train your operators and maintenance team on both process and electrical systems. The goal: your team runs the plant independently. One-year warranty on equipment, with ongoing remote support and spare parts supply.
