With large quantity of heat from hot air stove, raw gypsum powder becomes calcined gypsum powder in the kiln. After cooling or aging, the finished product is packed into different bags by packing machine.
Introduction of Hot Air kiln production process

After cooling or aging, the finished product is packed into different bags by packing machine.
Boiling kiln is gypsum powder calcinationer, in it, raw gypsum powder is calcined into semi-hydrated gypsum/plaster of paris. The bed of gypsum calciner belongs to a bubbling bed, so this kind of furnace is vividly referred to as a "boiling furnace". The calcination section is a vertical tank with an air distribution device at the bottom. The airflow flows into the kiln bed from bottom. The raw powder is fed into kiln from the upper inlet, and calcined powder is discharged from outlet. The hot air from hot air stove flow through the pipeline in the kiln to bring great heat to calcine the powder into semi-hydrate gypsum-finished product.
Hot air type boiling kiln, as the updated technology, has its own advantages compared to hot oil type:
The hot air type boiling kiln uses direct combustion flue air for heating, and the calcination temperature is higher;
The hot air pipe of boiling kiln: it is made of SS321 steel in the HT zone;
The inlet flue gas temperature of boiling kiln is 500-700 degrees;
Its hot air stove is equipped with heat exchanger, to increase the effective heat energy supply to calcination, and reduce the fuel consumption much than hot oil type kiln.
