Process Flow

Raw material batching — gypsum powder, modified starch, foaming agent, glue and paper are dosed to a controlled ratio

Shaping — the slurry is spread onto the bottom paper, then covered with the top paper

Wet board conveying — the continuous board passes the setting belt and is cut to length

Drying — boards are fed into the dryer with the front face upward

Dry board conveying — dried boards are transferred for edge trimming and inspection

Stacking and storage — finished boards are stacked and packed

Heating System — Direct-Combustion Hot Stove

The line uses a built-in direct-combustion burner installed inside the air duct, with the fan mounted outside the duct. The burner is designed for operation under high temperature and humidity conditions; the flame is short and the temperature is steady. Because combustion is direct and no heat exchange device is used, gas use efficiency is close to 100%. The hot air stove wall is made of high-temperature stainless steel, which extends service life.

Board surface quality, thickness tolerance and edge hardness are verified at the dry board conveying stage before stacking.
