Process of Gypsum Board Machine Line
As the beginning system of gypsum board machine line, for large capacity of plant, automatic paper supply system is very convenient and labor-saved. In this system, it mainly consist of auto paper supply system, auto splicing machine, deviation machine, trace pressing machine, etc. The system has automatic paper splicing system, whose merit is simple to operate, fast to joint two papers, steady performance. With this system, it greatly decrease possibility of paper-break shut-down caused by inexperienced skills, automatic deviation to make sure stable supply of paper and shaping quality.
During production, when the old paper runs out, then put the new paper on machine rack, cut it neatly and stick the double-sided tape, locate the new paper on the connection head. When connecting paper, the running paper will be stopped and cut off, stick two papers together by double-sided tape. At this moment, double buffer reel moves toward to the exit side and supply the stored paper to the one-sided machine as required. After completion of it, the paper connection head and the paper beam move to the ready position, ready for next time work.
