Advantage of Gypsum Board Making Line:The big advantage is the dryer system, which is the most important section in gypsum board production line and also a key link to ensure of finished boards’ quality. 

After cutting, the wet gypsum boards are detected and quick conveyed by speedup conveyor to 1# cross belt conveyor area, the waste boards are going out of the running line by its belt conveyor, and quality boards are lifting and turning over by inverter, then grouped into different groups and then sent to dryer entry end through tippler. This system is full automatically controlled by PLC. After dryer feeding, front side of board is upward to effectively prevent front side from damaging; to make full use of space and heat in the dryer more effectively.

Gypsum is the ideal surface for a wall because it has the same PH value and thermal conductivity properties as the human skin. Building materials made of gypsum always feel warm when touched. Gypsum board machine is no deception because gypsum possesses low thermal conductivity properties. As a result, gypsum building materials store has a warm feel.

Gypsum Board consists of a fire-resistant gypsum core encased in heavy natural-finish, 100% recycled paper on the face and back sides. The face paper is folded around the long edges to reinforce and protect the core, and the ends are square-cut and finished smooth. Long edges of the panels are tapered or square.

A silicone oil is any liquid polymerized siloxane with organic side chains. The most important member is polydimethylsiloxane. Silicone oil exhibits antimicrobial activity against endopthalmitis causing microorganisms under in vitro conditions. Application Silicone oil has been used as an intraocular liquid in the treatment of retinal detachments.
