Infrastructure Layout

Material Flow and Logistics
Bulk gypsum is received and stored in silos before being processed. Automated systems control the flow of raw materials into mixing tanks. Additives and water are injected under controlled conditions, ensuring consistent slurry quality.
Production Line
The core of the plant is the board production line, where slurry is spread onto paper and shaped into boards. Conveyor systems transport the boards through setting and drying zones. Drying ovens are segmented into multiple zones with varying temperatures to gradually remove moisture.
Utility Systems
A gypsum board plant requires significant utilities, including compressed air systems, water treatment units, power distribution cabinets, and HVAC for the drying ovens. These systems are integrated and controlled from a central control room.
Storage and Packaging
After production, finished boards are conveyed to stacking machines. The boards are counted, stacked in bundles, and secured using strapping equipment. Bundles are moved to storage areas or directly to loading bays for transport.
