Gypsum Stucco Machine

A gypsum stucco machine is specialized equipment for producing stucco mixtures that combine gypsum plaster with aggregates for exterior and interior wall finishes.

Material Feeding and Mixing
Raw gypsum powder and sand or other aggregates are stored in separate hoppers. The machine uses calibrated feeders to deliver precise proportions of gypsum powder, sand, and water. A high-efficiency mixer blends these components into a homogeneous stucco mixture with the desired consistency.

Pumping and Spraying
Once mixed, the stucco is fed into a pump unit that applies pressure, enabling the material to be sprayed onto wall surfaces. Spray guns or nozzles are chosen based on spray pattern requirements. The pumping system maintains steady pressure to ensure uniform thickness during application.

Additive Integration
Gypsum stucco machines often include ports for integrating additives such as fiber reinforcements or pigments. These additives are introduced downstream of the main mixer, allowing customization of the stucco’s mechanical and aesthetic properties.

Cleaning and Maintenance
After use, the machine’s hoses, pipes, and mixing chamber require thorough cleaning to prevent material buildup. Many machines feature quick-release clamps and access panels to simplify maintenance tasks.

Versatility and Mobility
Portable models mounted on wheels are common on construction sites, enabling workers to move the machine between different areas. Stationary units are better suited for large-scale or repeated projects with consistent stucco specifications.

Quality Control
Machine settings—such as mixer speed, water-to-gypsum ratio, and pump pressure—are recorded and adjusted to match project requirements. Consistent control over these parameters ensures stucco adhesion, workability, and final surface quality.
